While certification is a recognized standard, Microsoft broadly, inclusive of Dynamics, is researching additional mechanisms to accelerate individual experiences, learning opportunities and performance. The marketplace has been adding “Badges” as the next level of credentials, showcasing unique, valued accomplishments and contributions. Give us your input on the criteria of participatory and skill badges. We are interested in understanding what is important and differentiated at an individual level for recognition.
